1. Purpose
This disclaimer explains how to read content on nelkenshift.click and what liability Nelkenshift B.V. accepts for website information. Studio services are also covered by the terms and conditions and, where relevant, the privacy policy and cookie policy.
2. No professional advice on the site
Articles in the guides, answers in the FAQ and text on service pages such as vocal recording or mastering offer practical tips for artists and podcasters, not legal, tax or medical advice. For sample clearance, label deals or vocal health, consult a specialist. Our engineers give technical guidance during sessions within their field.
3. Prices, availability and specs
Rates on services — for example €245 for a podcast session or €795 for an EP mix — are guide prices including 21 % VAT. Room, engineer and gear availability can change; a slot is firm only after quote and deposit as in section 6 of the terms. Room specs (live room 42 m², booth 8 m²) are indicative and may differ slightly for maintenance or routing.
4. Images and trademarks
Images may be generated or staged; they do not automatically show your exact visit to Govert Flinckstraat 142 in Amsterdam. Names of software, plugins, instruments or streaming services are trademarks of their owners. Nelkenshift is not affiliated with those brands.
5. External links
Links to third-party sites (for example maps or the EU ODR platform in legal notice) are outside our control. Visit them at your own risk and read their policies.
6. Technical availability
We maintain the site through TransIP B.V. hosting and try to limit downtime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Temporary outages, display issues in older browsers or contact form problems (FormSubmit) can occur; report issues via [email protected] so we can suggest another channel.
7. Liability for site content
As far as the law allows, Nelkenshift B.V. is not liable for direct or indirect damage from relying on information on this website, except in cases of intent or deliberate recklessness. Contractual liability for recording, mixing and mastering is governed solely by the terms and conditions and your quote, not by marketing copy on the site.
8. Changes
We may update pages when services, law or studio processes change. The date 15 October 2026 on legal pages marks the last editorial change. Before a new booking, check the current terms and legal notice.
