We aim to reply within 2 business days to messages sent via the form or email. Urgent matters on the day of a session are best handled by phone.

4. Website, domain and hosting

The site is served from the domain nelkenshift.click. Page hosting is provided by TransIP B.V., based in the Netherlands. Functional cookies and optional categories are explained in the cookie policy; personal data processing in the privacy policy.

Images on the site may be created with generative tools; they illustrate the studio atmosphere and are not a literal record of every session.

5. Contact form and transfer

When you submit the contact form, FormSubmit (Exploratory LLC, United States) forwards your details to our inbox. FormSubmit processes fields such as your name, email, phone, chosen service, preferred date and message. Transfers outside the European Economic Area rely on appropriate safeguards as described in our privacy policy. You may also email or call us directly instead of using the form.

6. Intellectual property of the site

Text, layout, logos, photos and other materials on this website are protected. You may not copy, publish or reuse substantial parts without prior written consent from Nelkenshift B.V., except for personal non-commercial use or where the law allows. Third-party trademarks appearing on equipment or in examples remain with their respective owners.

7. Studio services and prices

Our services — including vocal recording, band recording, mixing, mastering and podcast recording — are delivered under the terms and conditions. Guide prices on the site include VAT; examples include €95 per hour for vocals and €890 for a band day block. The binding price is on your quote or confirmation.

8. Complaints, disputes and governing law

Please raise concerns about our services or this site first via [email protected] or contact so we can try to resolve them together. Consumers may also use the EU online dispute resolution platform (ODR platform) where appropriate.

Dutch law applies to this legal notice, use of the website and non-contractual liability. Business disputes fall under the competent courts in Amsterdam, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection. Limits on liability for site content are in the disclaimer.
